Til (Sesame)2 Cups
Shakar/ Jaggery Podwer (Parry’s Amrit Jaggery Powder used1 Cup
Ellaichi (Cardamom)5-6
Mixed Dry Fruits (Optional)1/2 cup

Method:

  • Roast sesame seeds in a kadhai on medium flame for a few minutes till its color turns light brown
  • Cool down the roasted sesame seeds
  • Add roasted dry fruits as per taste if you want
  • Grind the sesame seeds with jaggery powder and cardamom in a grinder
