Vrat Ka Dhokla – Navratri Special
Navratri :
Spring time in India is also marked by the auspicious occasion of Chaitra Navratri, when Hindus worship Goddess Shakti for a nine-day period. Those who observe the festival stick to a satvik diet during the fasting [vrat], which means no onion or garlic. Usually ginger is added is most vrat food. Common salt is not used and instead rock salt or sendha namak is called as upvaas ka namak is used.
